The Business Development Director will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities focused on expanding business with our partners and achieving revenue targets for our B2B portfolio of SaaS solutions specialized to the flow cytometry and fluorescent applications market.

 

Responsibilities:

● Growing sales with assigned revenue and bookings targets
● Gain a deep understanding of the category product, business management, sales challenges, and strategies
● Own and lead prospect pursuit efforts
● Develop strong customer relationships, spanning from operational to senior levels
● Develop and execute detailed account growth plans.
● Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction
● Create and deliver strategic sales presentations, effectively conveying value propositions
● Schedule high-quality prospect meetings
● Provide strategic insights on accounts
● Lead negotiations with customers, closing deals within company guidelines.
● Support core business processes including monthly and quarterly operating reviews, annual operating planning, monthly forecast reviews, prospect pipeline reviews, sales reporting, and expense management.
Required Skills / Experience:
● Bachelor’s Degree, coupled with a science or biology background strongly preferred.
● 5+ years of experience in the life science sector is strongly preferred
● Knowledge of antibody reagent company ecosystem is strongly preferred
● Experience with data-driven account management processes

Please Note:

This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay with benefits based on experience and qualifications. This is a flexible hybrid role typically with some days per month in the office at our Broomfield, Colorado offices. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and must present themselves for an interview at our Colorado offices.
