Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Partner & Data Specialist to join our small but mighty entrepreneurial team that provides innovative software solutions to the life science community. The ideal candidate is adept at handling large datasets, collaborating across departments, and always looking to achieve operational efficiency.

The Partner & Data Specialist will be primarily responsible for the data management, data operations and overall partner management at FluoroFinder. You’ll facilitate the successful account setup and usage of all FluoroFinder tools and accounts across our vendors and users.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and Optimize Data Systems: Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and efficiency of our internal data systems related to platform tools, vendor product databases, and user data.
  • Data Cleaning and Processing: Processing, cleaning, and validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and uniformity. This often involves dealing with missing data, outliers, and inconsistencies.
  • Generate Data Reports: Utilize tools such as Mixpanel, SQL, Excel, Zoho, and Tableau to generate actionable insights and reports for internal stakeholders, external partners, and company operations.
  • Vendor Product Database Management: Oversee a comprehensive vendor product database exceeding 3M+ products, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • User Support and Data Requests: Assist in maintaining user subscriptions and handle user requests related to data additions or amendments on the platform.
  • External Partner Support: Work closely with B2B partners to maintain existing services, provide performance data and metrics routinely.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3-4 years) in data operations, data management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Pivotal Tracker), and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on improving data integrity and operational efficiency.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with managing large datasets
  • Experience in the healthcare or scientific industry
  • Familiarity of basic antibody research applications

Please Note:

This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay with benefits based on experience and qualifications. This is a flexible hybrid role typically with some days per month in the office at our Broomfield, Colorado offices. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and must present themselves for an interview at our Colorado offices.
